Wowie does not offer returns on its beverage products.
However, if you are unsatisfied with the product you may request a refund if you make such a request within 15 calendar days after purchase.
If 10 calendar days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You need to submit your refund request to email@example.com.
Once your refund request has been submitted, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 business days of your notification of approval of the refund.
If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days of your notification to us, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We do not do exchanges.
